ISLAND STYLE
VILLA
“So many nice memories! A beautiful authentic Greek house in the midst of wild nature on a slight hill overlooking the sea and the town of Antiparos”
Amanda, 2020
“The house is very cozy at a great, quite spot. With a veranda to relax and see the sunset.”
Gudrun, 2019
Paros, Cyclades, Greece, Built 1980
The traditional, stone built house with its artistic feeling, offers a stunning view towards Antiparos and the Aegean sea. The villa is located on a hill at a secure distance from the hustle and bustle. The veranda, looking to the west guarantees daily a wonderful, unforgettable sunset.
THE
SPACE
“What I appreciated most was the quite and peaceful position of the villa and the panoramic view on the sunset of Antiparos (fantastic!!!). Recommended for families that want a comfortable solution far from the noise of the town in summertime or even for groups of kite/windsurfers due to the proximity to the beautiful Pounta Kitesurf spot.”
Antonio, 2014
The main view is towards the sea, to Pounda, a little harbour, where a small ferry connects Paros with the town of Antiparos and where the kites of the surfers rise in the Meltemi wind. The house was build in the early 80’s in the traditional island style. The construction is of marble stones and wood, thus ensuring the summer stays nice and cool without the use of an aircondition.
Living and sleeping accommodations are as follows: two bedrooms, one main bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a double bed. The sitting room is open to the fully equipped kitchen and the entrance hall offers a daybed with a library. The bathroom consists of a shower, W.C., and a lavabo. Outside living complies under the stone arch with two big verandas in front, one covered and one uncovered. At the rear of the house, there is a partly covered back yard with an outdoor shower.
The garden has been cultivated over those years and around the house is a touch of olive green. Before winter we harvest them to make our own olive oil.

LOCATION
“We had a great relaxing time in the house, enjoyed the view, had great cooking sessions with the fully equipped kitchen, just 5 min drive to the surfing beach! Super quiet place, perfect to chill and have a good time.“
Markus, 2013
The house is in the region of Glisidia, overviewing the famous Pounda Surf-Beach and the small harbor. There is a nearby grocery shop for most necessary daily chores. Many picturesque beaches and interesting towns invite to visit such as Lefkes, Naousa, Aliki and of course Antiparos. The beach of Aigos Irini and the Butterfly Valley is reachable within a hiking distance. It is worth a visit any time of year but we recommend you to travel between spring and autumn.
Paros Airport is reachable in 10-15 minutes by car. Approximate distance to the main town Parikia and it's port where all the ferries connect to other islands and Athens are 7 km.
Getting around
There is a regular Bus between Parikia and Pounda. The Bus stop is approximately a 20 min. walk from the house. We recommend renting a means of transportation (e-bike, motorbike or car) to access easily and independently, also in late hours.Terms
